NOTE: Contact with youth (email, calls, text) will always include a parent or another registered adult.
How it works:
Once the form to the left is submitted, C2 will be in contact with you to schedule a date for you and your child to attend the club your child wishes to join. During this visit you and your child will get an overview of the club your child is interested in joining. Please note: A parent/guardian must attend the initial club visit with their child.
The following day the C2 Manager will contact you (the parent/guardian) to see if your child is interested in joining the club. If they are, paperwork will be sent to you to be completed and an invoice will be sent to you for payment.
Cost per Club: $9/month.
Additional material fees may be required on individual projects.
