What is C2 Makerspace?

Our Mission

To guide individuals to creatively explore career pathways and personal development through high-tech, hands-on learning.

Michelle Boernke, UWSP Marshfield Campus Executive (Partner): “The value that this makerspace will have on our community is immeasurable” The ability to have C2 Makerspace in one location would not be possibly without the involvement and contribution from all our partners in the community. Thank you to Chamber of Commerce, Mid-State, UWSP, Hastreiter Industries, Shiloh Bound, local area high schools (schools ?). Together we can make our community greater, stronger, smarter, more attractive and appealing to local and future residents of Central Wisconsin.

The collaboration and involvement from all our partners makes C2 Makerspace possible. With local businesses guiding students and teaching them how to use the equipment, as well as showing them the possibilities for future career paths; will help make this a success for all those involved. The curriculum that the schools will provide will help to enhance the education of students, community members, to learn the possibilities for career opportunities once they graduate, or if you are in search of a new career choice.
